The 37th Medical Group is the newest and most diverse medical group in the Air Force today.

Activated Dec. 22, 2006, its 362 members provide primary healthcare services to beneficiaries through two medical squadrons; the 37th Medical Operations Squadron and the 37th Aero-Medical Squadron.

With facilities located at Lackland AFB, Kelly USA, Brooks City Base, Camp Bullis and a joint venture clinic with the Veterans Administration, our newest facility known as the North Central Federal Clinic, located at Highway 281 and Loop 1604.

The 37th Medical group is partnering with the San Antonio Military Medical Consortium and civilian network providers to accomplish the global medical readiness mission and provide premier healthcare from BMT to retiree; meeting the needs of all beneficiaries.
